Jim asked me to post the following notice:

"Hear ye, Hear ye, Hear YE. There will be an annular (ring of fire around the moon) solar eclipse May 20, 2012 at 6:25 PM. To safely view this once in a life time event please purchase safe view glasses from the UNR Planetarium. By being safe you can them watch the planet Venus go across the sun June 5, 2012."
